Lights, Camera, Action!

Yes, yes! Don't throw things at me please! I am not good at ducking like G W B or P C . I know that this title is very cheesy and cliche ridden. However, I am sure you will agree that it caught your attention.

The point is that we can plan all we want, but if we do not put it into action, the planning is USELESS.

So, how do we convert plan to action?

The first thing is to confirm that you have given your plan some serious thought.
Spend some time reviewing it. Go over the key points. Double check the availability of your friends and collaborators.

Now, TAKE a DEEP BREATH... and
Lights, Camera, Action!


You might justifiably say.. "Easy for you to say...difficult for us to do!"
I agree.. that is why IT MUST BE DONE. It could simply be inertia.
When I say IT MUST BE DONE.. I don't mean PERFECTLY done. I mean DONE.. just simply done.. attempted ... and ...completed.

Then.. review.. identify remediable mistakes.. and TRY AGAIN..

Isn't that simple?

Plan:
Don't put hands in pockets during presentation.

Action:
Hands went to pocket 5 times during presentation but did not stay there too long.

Result: Good

Next Attempt:
Hands went to pocket only 2 times during presentation..

Result: Very Good.

See.. it IS simple.
